The Vision Church is a dynamic Church that offers powerful and relevant teaching and amazing worship as a part of every service. There are also a host of friendly faces ready to make visitors feel right at home. Located in the main lobby, the Guest Services Desk is the place to get your questions answered. Our worship guides also provide information on upcoming events and ways to get involved. What do you have for kids? What don't we have for kids might be the more appropriate question! The Vision Church makes reaching young people a priority, and that is evident by the excellent programs offered for every age group. With ministry to every age, there is truly something for everyone. Where are you located? The Vision Church is located at 1240 Euclid Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. Situated in Little 5 Points just east of Moreland Avenue on Euclid Street, you will find us accessible from wherever you call home. Just look for the beautiful Church on the north side of Euclid. For a map, check out this link. What does it mean to be an Inclusive and Welcoming Church? To be inclusive and welcoming means to be non-judgmental and intentionally accepting of ALL people for who they are, without turning anyone away. As Christ did, we accept ALL people as equal in the eyes of God, therefore equal in our eyes. The Apostle Paul says, "there is neither Jew nor Gentile". Therefore, we are compelled to create a space where ALL are welcome to the table of the Lord regardless of race, color, class, gender or orientation, believing that everyone should be able to experience the love, grace and power of Jesus Christ in a loving, nurturing and safe Church environment. How do I inquire about Member Assistance or Benevolence? All inquiries for Member Assistance are made through our Benevolence Ministry at? We offer member assistance in the needs related to four necessities of life: shelter (mortgage or rent assistance, but no car payments), utilities (electric or natural gas, but no telephone or cell phone bills), food (basic groceries), and medical (medicine). Applicants must have been a member of The Vision Church for at least 12 months; have demonstrated a regular pattern of contribution to the church for at least 12 months; not have received any amount of Member Assistance from the church in the previous 6 months. How do I schedule a funeral or memorial service? All requests should be made directly to The Vision Church Bereavement Ministry. Please note, there are often normal conflicts during this sensitive time but we are committed to working with the family as best as possible to accommodate any requests. There are costs and fees attached to such services, including the designated minister, sound personnel, vocalists, musicians, and the like. Families are asked to direct all calls or inquiries to? How do I schedule a Wedding or Commitment Ceremony? The Vision Church believes in marriage and endorses the preparation toward building a successful Christ-centered marriage commitment. A special 6-Session Premarital Preparation course is available at a cost to all couples who are seriously considering marriage in their future. Arrangements for an onsite wedding ceremony and/or for one of the pastors of The Vision Church to officiate your ceremony should be made through the Counseling Ministry to ensure that all requirements have been met. Please be sure to clarify in what ministry line items you want your tithes and offerings to be allocated, indicating whether tithe, offering, pastoral gift, Capital Campaign or other. This will help us maintain accurate financial records of your financial contributions to our ministry What events are scheduled on our campus? There is always something going on at The Vision Church, Worship, Classes, Bible studies, small groups, conferences, concerts, and other events are scheduled at our beautiful Church. Seniors are on the move at The Vision Church! Our Senior Center is open and available to men and women 55 years and up. We are planning our Van shuttle service for seniors living in the immediate area is available to those who have no transportation getting to and from The Church Transportation requests can be made by calling the Senior Center by noon each week on?. Is there special access for seniors and those with special needs? Senior citizen and the Wheelchairs access ramp is located on the Westside of the sanctuary. A special handicapped bathroom is easily accessible from the lower level. |
